Potential CCTV Deployments
It is nice to maintain an eye in the sky weather you cannot be home or need to know what's going on inside your place of business. Today's wireless camera systems do have impressive operating range - 100 ft. + being common. Although HD quality at 100 ft. distance is very possible, being wireless does pose the risk of footage being blocked due to wireless jamming.
- Home CCTV Security System. Use this system to monitor and or record activities while you're not at home. This kind of system may consist of 1 or multiple cameras and a DVR recording device. Note that some Chinese security systems may only allow monitoring via there own exclusive app.
- Use in manufacturing/ware house environment. View and or record the activities in the shop. This system can consist of dozens of cameras. A camera can be present in place and times you cannot be.
- Use in public place.
a note about any wireless camera
Any camera will require a power source. It may be able to transmit the signal itself wirelessly but will require 12V DC either by AC power adapter + extension cable OR the use of solar power supply. I power my JOOAN security camera via solar power.
